The menu is lacto-vegetarian, can be made vegan and gluten-free.

Sallad on a plate with quinoa


Red & Green (Glutenfree, can be arranged vegan)

- Fried halloumi (or vegan greek white) served with green leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives and topped with a little balsamic vinegar and sriracha.

Zoodle Salad (Vegan and glutenfree)

- Zucchini noodles with roasted hazelnuts, avocado, and smokey hummus (homemade!).

Green Goddess (Glutenfri, can be arranged vegan)

- Avocado, pickled onions, roasted almonds, artichoke, lentils, lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes with basil oil.


Halloumi (Vegetarian)

- Tortilla bread with fried halloumi, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peppers, red cabbage, carrot, pickled red onions, alpha sprouts, pea shoots, sriracha, and mayo.

Smokey Hummus (Vegan)

- Tortilla bread with smokey hummus (homemade) zucchini, peppers, carrots, red cabbage, alpha sprouts, pea shoots and pickled red onions.

Avokado Smash (Vegan)

- Tortilla bread with avocado, beets, peppers, carrots, red cabbage, pickled red onion alpha sprouts, pea shoots and tahini (sesame paste).

- Tahini (sesame paste), alpha sprouts, pea shoots, avocado, balsamic vinegar, pickled red onions, beets, carrots, red cabbage and peppers.

Cheese & Spring Onion (Vegan)

- 'Vegan Greek White' or 'Monk's Black', green onions, pickled red onions, carrots, alpha sprouts, pea shoots, peppers and red cabbage.

Lady in Green (Vegetarisk)

- 'Monk's Black' cheese, green leaves, avocado, pickled red onion, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds with avocado sauce.
